By downloading, accessing, or using the CConsult application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. CConsult is operated by CConsult Nexus LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
CConsult is a mobile platform that connects consulting professionals, students, and HR professionals in real time. The App allows users to discover job opportunities and internships in the consulting market, access a live consulting market index (the Consulting Bourse), exchange knowledge with other consulting professionals, and build and manage a professional consulting profile.
CConsult reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
To use CConsult, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your profile. CConsult reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false or misleading information.
By using CConsult, you agree not to:
CConsult reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules without prior notice.
All content, features, and functionality of CConsult — including but not limited to the App design, logos, text, graphics, the Consulting Bourse index, and software — are the exclusive property of CConsult Nexus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By posting content on the App (including your profile, job postings, or community posts), you grant CConsult a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
CConsult offers a free trial period of one month for new users. After the trial period, continued use of the App requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date. CConsult reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice to existing users.
Companies and HR professionals can use CConsult to post job opportunities free of charge, with no subscription required.
Your use of CConsult is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CConsult is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CConsult Nexus LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or any opportunities listed on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CConsult Nexus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed opportunities.
CConsult reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at cconsult.app@gmail.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
